How to Place an Order

We offer 2 convenient ways to order. For the best shopping experience and the fastest delivery, we encourage you to place your order at our secure online store.

Online: Go to our secure online store — you are only a few clicks away from placing your order.
By Mail: Print, fill out, and then mail your order form back to us (all instructions are provided in the order form). If you prefer to place your order by mail, please take into consideration that delivery may take 3-4 weeks from the day you send your order form.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept checks or money orders, if you prefer to mail in your order form. Please do not send cash.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship only within the U.S.A. (all 50 states and the District of Columbia) for a flat fee of $5.95 on all orders regardless of size.

You can order as many items as you like and pay only $5.95 for the entire order. We use standard ground shipping with a carrier of our choice. You cannot choose a preferred carrier when placing your order.

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders received by mail require additional 1-2 weeks for processing. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5 business days for orders to the continental U.S. and 10 business days for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.

International Customers

We do not ship individual orders internationally at this time.

Tracking Your Order

You can check your up-to-date order status online at any time. Please have your order number and billing zip/postal code ready.

Returns and Refunds

Your complete satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return products sold and fulfilled by Phytora within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

The returned item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition. Return authorization number is required. Please contact us for your return authorization number.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Phytora will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error, or if the product has been damaged.
